Services
I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents (14 + years). My services are primarily conducted over Telehealth, using HIPPA-compliant telephone or video platforms for sessions. Research shows that Telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person therapy, and it allows more people to have access to services. I am located and licensed in Arizona, and I have an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under PSYPACT to practice Telehealth services in the following states:
Alabama Arizona Arkansas Colorado Connecticut Delaware
District of Columbia
Georgia

For clients in Phoenix, AZ:
If you are located in Phoenix, AZ, I offer in-home and out-of-the-office sessions, as needed. These types of sessions are especially helpful when anxiety and/or OCD is keeping you from doing things in public or using your home as a home. In these cases, we can plan exposure therapy sessions that would include using our session time to practice together doing the things you have been avoiding.
Evidence-based treatments I utilize:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
